They're all lathed ready to machine. In the state that they are there it takes about 15-25min to machine each wheel. Spoke design, center bore, bolt pattern, backspacing, etc. So they're still not technically "stock" as when they get ordered a solid forging (seen in photos) is grabbed and then machined custom to the car.
