I have the HKS one and i love it. I have a 9 RS and the stock one would freeze or bake and the hks one doesn't have that problem. Feels a lot like stock but i love the bace of the knob, a good place to put your fingers.

Ditto. I used to think that it was 'too long' and wouldn't give me the short throw I wanted, but after a session at the track yesterday evening, I found it to be even more comfortable that the ARC titanium one that I had before.

As the Ralliart shift knob sat higher, it was easier to grab, and shifting took less effort (better leverage?), which resulted in no mis-shifts and faster shifting times. It looks far less bling than a spherical metal countersunk shift knob, but it worked far better than I even expected.
