Bride seats and sizing
I had a carbon fiber s68 seat from Memoryfab. I weighed about 190 then, 6'1" tall with 34/36 waiste, it was tight but comfy. Took it on a 4 hour drive and my *** was numb from the lack of padding, haha.

I do not know off hand. I would suggest you to contact Adam@Z1 Auto or Ed@Evasive Motorports. Those are going to be your best two guys for help on the seats. They helped me with every question I had on the seats Thats my opinion.

Nick,
My build is about the same as yours. 5'11, about 225ish. We have an Evo here with a pair of Zeta III's and although I *can* get in it, it's quite tight. Especially in the thigh area. The leg bolsters are quite high and tend to push your legs closer together (ie mad ball crushage).
If it was for a daily driver, I would strongly recommend against it however for a weekend track whomper, the Zeta III has some EXCELLNT support and keeps you where you need to be.
In my personal car, I chose to go with the Recaro Pole Position. It's a bit wider for the *ahem* "larger" driver and the leg bolsters don't feel like it's sqeezing your legs and.....other stuff. LOL
Another thing to consider is that if you have broad shoulders, the Recaro and the Bride MAY be a bit too narrow shoulder-to-shoulder when compared to a Sparco Evo or Cobra seat.
All in all, the Zeta III is a nice seat but like I said, you may be better off with a larger seat if it's for a daily.
One thing that IS nice about the Zeta III (and similar to it, the Recaro SPG) is that it bolts in quite easily with the use of the Bride FG rails. Wider seats require other bracketry to get them in.
Lastly, if you like the feel of the Zeta III, you might want to try the Zeta III "L" Just like the Zeta III but a bit wider.
Hope this helps!

I have 2 zeta 3's in my dd. I think they are super comfortable, but my passengers always complain. FWIW I can't stand to ride in a normal seat now, I feel completely unsupported.
I'm 5'7 and weigh about 170 lbs with a 32 in waist.
In the old evo...

In the new Evo...
