is the hassle of installation really worth it?

it looks nice, but must be a pain to take that instrument panel off...

If it's anything like the DSM's, you can have it out in under 20 mins.

Just not having to see the name Lancer on my gauge cluster any more made it really worth it!!!

There was NO real hassle with installation. I will say have a little Dum/Dum ready to put on the gauge pegs, so they stay still till you put the cluster back together.
1 hour install.

The gauge cluster comes out in a Red Hot minute and apart just as easy.
PLUS, Trustz included some good instructions with illustrations.

Looks good John, I'd been meaning to ask you if you had gotten them in yet. How'd it go at Ripp the other day. Sorry I never got back to you I just finished week one of two weeks of hell to end the semester.

BTW I may have to get these now since the white will match my zeitronix display

Edit: BTW, just noticed one ****ty thing, obviously odometer is still the same old crappy color

I do and at the same time I don't. The reddish orange of stock just screams stock which is what I like, but at the same time a lot of new cars are coming out with stock gauges that are white/blue so these won't necessarily be thought of immediately as aftermarket. These do however appear to be much easier to read for the older guys driving Evo's ( @ kc2buk)
