JIC bullet titanium exhaust fitment.

Hey guys finally got round to fitting my JIC titanium exhaust and titanium decat pipe yesterday as my old system was sold to evobully off the site.

Fitment was pretty straight forward although it doesnt fit to the standard cat as its too wide.
The exhaust uses slip fit joints and slip fit hangers which allows for a good bit of adjustment.
The only bad thing is it takes a good bit of trial and error to get it to fit correctly it also slants towards the ground at the rear of the car as it is so straight. But with some adjustment to the hangers i managed to get it to sit well.

I have to say I love the look of this exhaust and it sounds wicked it has one resonator so its not too loud but its still louder tha my old system which was a hks hyper muffler.
It is going to go great with my new turbo kit. :coolsm:

Here is some pics and a video clip

i had that exhaust on my evo 8 and i had some exhaust leaks even when i tightened all of the slip-fit bolts. In my opinion the exhaust sounds excellent but fitment and how it kinda hangs low on the car sucks ***** .

It did scrape when i am going down/up a driveway in an angle and sometime when i launched my car. My car was not even lowed at that time .

I got tired of it and sold it and got Fujitsubo exhaust.....and love it. No problem and now my car is lowed on JICs and it never scrapes.

Scraped when you launched your car???? How does that happen?
I am running JIC exhaust on my car and fitment/quality is great.

You obviously didnt have it fitted correctly as my car is very low and I had no issues driving over speed bumps today or driving in and out of my driveway which is slanted.

It was lower the first day we fitted it but today I jacked the rear of the car up and adjusted everything and got it up tighter to the underside of the car.

Any pics mate. Do you find it lower towards the back of the car compared to where it joints your cat or testpipe?

The very back portion of the exhaust where it connected to the exhaust hanger it always hung really really low on my car and when i race and launched my car hard, it would scrape on a slight bumpy road....atleast that's what the guys i beat used to tell me...."sparks bro is comin out under the car" . And when i looked it always had new scrapes.

JIC titanium catbacks have issues with hanging so low at the rear end.
