Yea, I already have plans to relocate that bolt if neccessary. I cant wait to drop it though.....would have already if my springs would have been in stock! But I am also waiting for the fender rolling tool, so I guess it wouldnt have mattered! I dont plan to run any serious camber because the guy who inspired me to run these wheels wasnt.....so I am going by his word that I dont have to! If I run into problems, I will deal with it when I get there. If it is too Bad, I will sell the wheels to someone with wide fenders or trade for some other wheels.....no biggie!

To those who dont like it......to each his own>

Yeah it does look like crap. It's looks like a jeep with the wheels sticking out like that. You rubbed even when you weren't lowered so what do you think will happen when you lower it? All this is purely my opinion but I would

1. get a different color wheel - bronze and silver don't mesh well
2. definitely get better tires. why spend all that money just to take two steps back and put on some walmart brands? remember the right tire size is important too.
3. get the correct offset wheel

No one ever said modding an evo would be cheap. It just takes time. Save up for the better stuff instead of jumping on whatever you can afford now.

Wow, not to be negative or anything, but that looks really bad. I wouldn't drive that around. I agree, you need to use some 245's or something. Wow. These pics are sofa king FTL. That does not look good in any way.

you sound like a douche man... them wheels are not "cheap" by any means, unless you compare them to volks, then that would make you a kock sucker like all the other band wagon **** that insist on buying them because they are over priced....

Second, im sure when the car is clean the 2 colors might look better than on the car right as it sits right now... Some tire shine a coat of wax and a set of springs and this thing might look really different(in a good way)...

finally that is a correct offset.. EVO-L had these same wheels, and same offset and it turns out PERFECT once the fenders in the rear are rolled and you put some suspension on it.. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/showthread.php?t=249189

I know this is "just your opnion" , but before you post it know WTF you are talking about.

Again, thanks for any positive feedback......and as stated, I do welcome criticism as well!

I know the car looks bad right now sitting on its 4" lift kit, but if anyone reads anything, it clearly states that this weekend I am rolling the fenders and lowering the car!! Again, I AM LOWERING THE CAR AND ROLLING THE FENDERS THIS WEEKEND!!

I did the research on this wheel/offset combo before buying them. I knew it was going to take some rear fender rolling and a tire with a rounded edge. I am not 100% sure if this tire is rounded enough, but if its not I already have some Falken FK-452's ready if I need them. I may also step down a size in tire if I need to, But like the OP said......EVO-L ran 255's with no issues!

And about these wheels being cheap........I dont think work wheels are cheap.......they arent rota's, and honestly dont know if any other wheel I would want! I like them and I guess thats whats important!

Ya, I was second guessing my color decision, but not anymore!

BTW, returned the sandals last night!

I have the +30's with the 10mm spacer and yours look like they stick out more for some reason...Maybe because of the drop? Not trying to hi-jack your thread just doing it for comparisons sake....

Thanks for the post! I actually think the wheels look pretty close, but I think your tires are a lil more rounded on the edges. What size are you running?

Your rears are definatley in a better spot! And it appears as though the faces are the same, even though many have argued thet the offset changes the face!

I actually like the bronze on silver. Now all you need is some JDM heads to match your tails and some coilovers so you can both lower it and camber those tires in. Especially in front!
