wanted HID pictures

I was looking around and was thinking about going yellow HID's don't know how that would look i have black car and its nonHID, also wanted to see the 12000k purplish blue? so if you have any pictures please post


pictures + what ever TEMPERATURES you have

yellow HIDs look sweet...i dont have any pics but ive seen them in person.....i wouldnt get 12000k that just makes visibility worst

I have the 12k they look great!!! but using them they are not nearly as bright as evo8 hids im goin to switch to 5-6k to get the more light/ rather than the look.

yeah i've never seen yellow hid's on an evo so wanted to see how it looks before i jump on them, and 12000k can't be worst the the non hid's can it? because i wanted the loook

Oh they are much better than non hid's i just do a lot of canyon drivin so i need all the light i can get!

yeah mine mainly day time mountain runs and daily driving so lighting isn't as important but i know what you mean

With HID's you don't want to get color temperatures over 6,000K, past that you really start to lose visibility. Stick with 4,300K (White) or 6,000K (white w/ a slight blue hue). Make sure you find a brand with a lifetime warranty, I've had too many friends with bulbs that burned out and ballasts that died. I'd recommend ProLumen, my friend ordered that for his tC and they offer great visibility, the 6,000K is the nice clean color, and he's got the lifetime warranty (although he hasn't had to use it yet and its been like 6 months)
