If I had a TB Evo and was going to repaint it, I'd make it a color that was very dark and metallic. Probably a very dark sapphire blue, or a metallic grey that is darker than GG.

I like a really nice blue like on the 350z or on the later year NSX.

Or a dark metallic purple.

Totally changing the color of a car with a $2700 paint job is a terrible idea. I guarantee they won't paint the engine bay, remove the window trims and most of the other hard to get to areas. Then every time you open the hood or look in the trunk it looks like sh*t.

As a few people have already said adding some pearl would be nice. I personally would go with the factory TB just with some more of the purple metallic thats already in there mixed in.

I completely agree I made the mistake of painting my se-r gray when the stock color was silver...Unless you strip a car down to the bare metal and pull the motor changing the color is not worth it...

Black gets too dusty and hard to keep clean. Be unique...go pearl white and then use black accents. Black wheels, etc.... mmm

unless your getting every detail repainted i wouldnt mess with a different color (anything too drastic in change) look at some different black variations like those with the hints of gold as stated, the pearls are nice.

However, ultimately its your taste and your driving it so follow what you really want.

Well he specifically said that he would repaint everything including the engine bay. He has done multiple jobs int eh past for my parents and knows them fairly well so he's basically giving me a discount. Right now im kinda thinking that i like a dark grey like on the Murcielago LP640. It's freakin hot.
