doesnt your insurance cover that? i have heard of guys keying their own car just to get a free paint job

How will he do the engine bay and the trunk? This is going to be a lot of work for that price. I'm by no means a painting expert, but it seems to me that trying to mask the engine and/or trunk will end up not working and cause a big mess. I'm sure he knows what he is doing though.

That grey on the Lambo is hot.

Hope you catch the bastards!

Like everyone else is saying, color shift is not going to be perfect. Had it done on a previous car of mine (after an accident) and it looked like A$$ everytime I opened the trunk, doors or hood!!!

I would go with a black pearl. Keeping it back will make it turn out a while lot nicer. The pearl will just change it up a bit.

If I were to repaint my car I would keep it graphite gray or darken it a tad and finish it with a very healthy clearcoat. I really like black but being a perfectionist, I would like a life outside of getting it washed and waxed.

Either that or keep it simple with adding more pearl to it.


Sux that it happened. Keep investigating cause you don't want the same person coming back after the new paint is done.

SOrry to hear, I hate how you have to worry about your stuff all the time. But on al ighter note...chances are an 03 tarmac Black Evo was in need or paint anyway! lol G/L with the new color!
