The rear rims look different than the front! or its just me? rear rims is nicer!

It's called staggered. Alot of rear wheel driven chassis are like so they can use a larger contact patch for their drive wheels.

yep a lot of rear wheels will have that negative offset that allows for a wider wheel/tire combo for more traction. the front wheels will never have that much negative offset.

Its not a negative offset, its just a wider wheel with a lower offset compared to the front.
