Possible Hood Paint Job.. Need Your Opinion!

Hey all, I have to get the hood re-clear coated on my evo, and i'm getting the body touched up at the same time (someone keyed the rear corner panel and my varis front needs touching up) so i was thinking when the hood is being re-clear coated, to paint part of it like the following. I don't care either way to be honest, but i think it looks neat. ( Please pardon my photochop, i didnt care to do it the right right way because if you don't get the idea then you should be shot. )

soooooo, what do you think?!

i'm not a big fan. i say leave it carbon, paint the roof black ( just the roof inside the rain guards), then get a cf trunk to complete the effect. that's what i did on my GG and it looks bad + ***.

yeah i think i'm gonna do it! i unfortunately can't get you guys an accurate price for the job, because the owner of the body shop i go to owes me 100 favors, and whenever he does work on the car he never charges me labor, and besides i'm getting my varis front and rear quarter panel done as well at the same time.
