I sold my WRX and bought me a used EVO 8, here is my 1st mod to get rid of the radio control car look
I got this rubber stubby antenna from this place

You bought a cheap little rubber one for the same price as the nice aluminum (sp?) ones?

so did i, but its still not that great. mind you i rarely listen to the radio

I like the shorties, but I also missed my radio when I got one for my last ride lol

The reception is the same as the stock antenna.
