I can't believe Vostok had ETS make him an intercooler just to fit the bar!

Didn't cost any more than a regular one. There's a few of us who are getting them, I'm just probably getting mine first. I think Tom said all the others are 3" cores. I'm getting the 3.5" so we'll see if it fits. Basically, they just make it narrower from tank to tank and then put slimmer tanks on compared to their standard FMICs. So it's still quite an improvement over stock.

Just test fit, the ETS 3.5" core WILL FIT with the Cusco bar!!!! You have to get the special one from Tom, but IT DOES FIT!!!!!!! Oooohhh it's a thing of BEAUTY! I just did a quick test fit to make sure and it works! 3.5" is really the absolute biggest core you could get, though. For sure the 4" won't fit. But 3.5" is nothing to sneeze at!

I'm finishing up putting it together now. I'll get pictures up as soon as I'm done.

Well I promised picts so here ya go. No finished picts yet because I ran into a snag installing the hard pipe kit (BOV hoses I have are not long enough and the one ETS supplies is not only too short but the ID is much much too small ). Other than that the install has gone relatively smooth.

That's from the test fitting. Once I get everything buttoned up I'll get some pictures of it all done.

Since you must completely remove the oem crash beam, does this void any coverage with insurance incase of an accident?

There is no stock one to compare it to. You are not replacing anything, rather, you are adding a piece that wasn't there before.

They'll call it negligence for using an aftermarket piece that does not meet or exceed dot standards in crash test ratings. Then you'll be footed with the bill for the collision repairs. Pray your insurance adjuster is dumb and doesnt notice,

ok, so I have the ETS 3in front mount. I'm really interested in picking one of these up, but I belive these wont fit correct. I know that you have a 3in ETS front mount, but didn't you have it specially made?

Yes, it has different end tanks and the core is a little narrower (from tank to tank, not front to back).

Didn't cost any more to go custom, though. I bet you could sell your standard 3" and then get the custom one from Tom.
