Yes, that is a Koyo radiator and it bolts right on. the hose positions remain the same on top and bottom. You do have to use a slim fan, though.

Hose positions remain the same? I thought the Evo 5 radiators had the top outlet closer to the driver's side so it lines right up with the water pump.

the Koyo we use is in the same position (see pic in post #1). The PWR is closer toward the driver side.
