Question, is it suppose to stick out from the bumper? I just installed mine and it's about 1 1/2" to 2" sticking out.

 

I had the same problem at first. Buschur's sleeved design makes it a little tougher to get the exact fit you want. I ended up pounding the cat-back farther into the sleeve at the rear of the hi-flow cat and found lots of room. Between that and the muffler joint, I got a perfect fit.
