Having problems with the dip stick blowing out when under boost. Does anyone know what would cause this? I built a 2.3 stroker motor everything is well with in specs (oem). Did leak test on the rings everything looks good.

Just zip tie it. no big deal

 

Catch can.

 

Excess pressure in the crank case. You could get a catch can, but more important is that the hoses a routed right (back to the turbo inlet hose) so there's enough vacuum to suck it out.

 

Get these at your local auto parts store. They work wonders vs ziptie you just have to bend it a little to be secure

 

I have a catch can. The hose is routed from the valve cover to the can and from the can to the intake pipe.

I think its ams or buschur racing. they sell a dip stick tube with a breather on it or something. I dont think it was to expensive either.
