i know the hoods are different also. i'm sure either would work but i'm not sure if it would match the lines quite right. personally i'd leave it alone as a VII but if you do do it i'm sure there are people that would possibly be interested in your old parts

I imagine it'd be a fairly straight forward conversion... but why? VII's are the sh*t
and that's true about the parts... there are lots of guys who'd be interested

You will need the following to go authentic Evo 9...
Evo 9 Front & Rear bumpers
Evo 8 or 9 bonnet to match front bumper (Evo 7 bonnet is shaped differently)
JDM headlights (black housing)
JDM Rear Lights
Rear spoiler
Vortex Generator
Evo 9 wheels
I think that's it...on the outside

I'm sure someone here would be willing to straight up trade you their IX stuff for your VII stuff. Shipping would be the only cost. Tons of people like the looks of the VIIs more than the VIII and IX.

You will need the Bumper, Lower Lip, Mesh, Upper Grill Supports, Diamond, Hood, Hood Grill, Hood Vent, Headlights, Taillights, Rear Bumper, and Wing.
Its alot of work, but it look good, but then again so does the Evolution VII
