My little track car project is finaly coming together.
Well I bought a evo a while back and am finaly starting to get it road/track worthy. It has A VERY LONG ways to go before Im happy with it but for what I would like to do its a good base(I hope) to start from... I will post up more pics at it starts to come along the way I would like it to but here is some nice before and after shots.
A few months back...



the day I picked it up from getting the new motor.



after removing the stickers and installing the new front.




If you have thought about removing the soundedener from your car dont, its not worth it.

thats awsome man. keep up the good work! what kind of products or tools did u use to get the sound deadening material out? how long did it take?

stock block full prepped head. Some people like the spoiler some people hate it but in my case at least it surves a function. I didnt like it at first but it has grown on me to the point where the stock wing looks retarded to me.
the sound deadener is a total pita and i wouldnt suggest removing it unless your very very board. if you do decide to do it use a bunch of dry ice and have a bunch of different sized chisels. Then a bunchof paint thinner or goof off and a ton of rags.
