if anyone is interested as well..

Canon EF 24mm f/2.8 with Canon Hood (mint copy, very sharp): 250 picked up
-only selling because its funding my 17-55 2.8 IS

Canon Monopod 100 (great shape): 25 picked up
-only selling because I upgraded to a feisol

Canon EW 63 II Hood (typical wear and tear): 15 picked up
-only selling because I some how wound up with two (no idea haha)

Lowepro Nova 4 AW Camera Bag (typical wear and tear but great shape): 40 picked up
-only selling because I now mainly use my Lowepro Computrekker AW Camera Backpack

I do not have pictures of any of the items at the moment but when I get a chance I will just been crazy busy...

I'm similar to the above Poster, I prefer action/panning shots that capture the speed of the moment. I use a Canon 10D that I bought new way back about 5 years ago. get a good body but spend your money on Lenses. Go as low as a F-stop as you can afford. Bodies come and go every 6 months they will be obsolete before you can open the box. I prefer Canon most pros use their stuff, you see the infamously expensive white lenses at every race track in the country and world wide. Now-a-days the hobbiest entry level camera gear is way better than top of the line pro gear just 5 years ago. Consider down the road what your goals are. Camera gear is way expensive and just like our Evos they demand the $$ to make you satisfied with the results you want. Speed is an addiction and Cameras are just as addicting.
