well it took us a better part of the day. im the most noob of 2 friends that helped me. they are very experienced, each having done this several times. best thing about that is that dan knew all the hidden bolts adn lines to be disconnected. the ones taht i didnt know where they were and would have broken stuff trying to get out/off. before they got here i did the basics, heatshield, got it on the ramps, loosened up what i could reach, pb blasted stuff, prepped basicly. my buddy dan got here and we got the radiator drained and out, and then the manifold bolts out and the downpipe disconnected. my buddy brian showed up in time to remove the whole turbo assembly, including manifold and o2sensor. we got all those bolts loose and put the new stuff on. we then reassembled and put the whole assembly back in. put on the radiator, intake, forgot to plug the maf sensor, and away we went. it took about 8 hrs, but that was by no means hurrying. we slacked a lot, got lunch, and stopped to talk a lot. would have been about 4-5 hrs if we busted ***** and all 3 of us were there the whole time to get it done. dont do it by yourself though.
