pics of my PPI ported stuff and install

so today i got this stuff in (ported mani, o2 housing, hotside, lower int pipe all from PPI), it was only sitting for a few days in my house before i had a chance to get it in. install was pretty straight forward. i had help from tweaksdsm and brianH my fellow midwesterners, of maybe they had help from me haha. manifold bolts and everything else came off easy, about 7k on the car. the stuff from PPI looks great. porting went well from the looks of it and everything fit well. the intercooler pipe is a great looking piece and shot a close up of one of the welds. its a nice one piece pipe that weighs next to nothing. wayne hooked everything up nicely, all while nursing a broken ankle so props to him!!!! we got it all done, tightened up, and i took the car for a spin around the block. it makes no boost, wont accelerate, adn is backfiring like crazy. at first we figure boost leak but then we see the problem. being the bunch of noobs we are we didnt plug the MAF sensor back in. plugged it in and the car runs nice. spool up is a little quicker and hits harder, seems like the car pulls more up top. the butt dyno is satisfied for only about a hundred dollars of waynes labor and a killer price on his pipe!!! enjoy, any questions shoot me a PM.

I know it's pricey, but I would have swain coated the pieces as well. Looks good. Plan to send out my manifold/ hotside to PPI soon as well. How much did it cost to ship? I know it's different price depending on location, but a round about would help.

cost me 12 bucks thru USPS to ship just a mani from chicago to PPI. youd have to ask wayne about all of it, he shipped the heavy box with all the stuff in it.

Like I said b4, i'm going to send mine out. Did they offer to drill a EGT hole in the manifold?

i hate the way it looks, and yeah mostly i agree fuction over looks but this time i dont agree. plus they just say it lowers underhood temps 30%. i guess its common sense that lower underhood temps makes more power, but perhaps some dyno or proof would have swayed me to dropping the $$ but no big deal to me.
