Really it doesn't look bad. If most people didn't know it was a Home Depot lip, comments would be much more positive. Seems like a decent temporary solution. Cheap, and if it falls off, or looks ugly, then $10 wasted? who cares.
I for one am saving for the Siebon lip I plan on getting, but this might be a nice temporary solution
I hate the way the VIII looks without a lip. I might try this until I can get my Siebon lip, which IMO Varis is the best looking lip out there, so a $200 cheaper Siebon will do

i think thats pretty creative but come on man u drive such an awesome car plus dont forget pretty expensive aswell. so why go cheap on the parts. Spend some dough on it......afterall u get what u pay.....the more sugar the sweeter....get it....im gonna go for the Ralliart lip or the APR wind splitter...i still gotta make up my mind on that. BUT definately not that HomeDepot $hit....LOL but thats just my $0.02 Cents

looks real good actually. if you did this good and used black tape, no one would really know.
just because it wasnt hundreds doesn't make it bad. if you could afford the lip, go for it. you got $10 laying around, problem solved as well! lol

some guy on the clubrsx forums did something like that, he used a garden liner for his front lip. It doesnt look all that bad cause they came out with a lip for the 05-06s that look exactly like it.
