Well, I am on a week vacation from my work. I went to NY this past weekend and now I am back, already bored. So I decided to clean up under the hood a bit.

First I took my battery out and painted the top black, I also flipped it around to try and clean up the install. (Also note how dirty my filter is, I cleaned it too)

Then i was looking at my bolts and thought they could use a little cleaning. I got a wire bit and my cordless drill and started cleaning. To my slight surprise, it "polished" the bolt, so I commenced on doing all the bolts.

I did all the valve cover bolts:


And the headlight bolts (and power steering cap):


I am also going to test Buschur's new in-line MBC against my current EBC (which I dislike). Here is the little system I made for that:


So this is what happens when I get bored. There are a few more things I am going to do, like the radiator fan shroud. But this is it so far.

 

so after a few more times cleaning w/ such aggressive polishing, ur gonna end up stripping the bolts when u try to remove
