one thing. im not really feeling the whole black out theme on bbys. I can understand the flowing of it and i have seen some in out thread that are cool I just not into the black wheels . the heads and tails are hit or miss. to garcias2k i think if you get more carbon bits it will flow alot better for sure. nothing wrong with the hood i think you just need to get a more aggressive front bumper like a evo 9 change or carbon lip or chop the nose off type of thing. also a cf vg looks hella nice i have only seen colored ones on bby so i think im going to pick up one now.

 

As far as cf goes, all I want is to keep the rexpeed spoiler and get a cf front lip on a 9 bumper. I also plan on 7 tails, blacked headlights and a bby vortex. I'm putting my stock hood back on. I'm keeping the black wheels with the yellow brembos. That's where the outside will stop cause most of my money will go towards doing another build on the motor.

My bad, I just no longer like the look of carbon fiber on bby. I like all blue with small accents of cf. Stock parts as mods, aka getting a 9 bumper, 7 tails, and I have x wheels. And my engine needs to step it up to the next level. I no longer like my current setup. Moving to a full bottom and top build.

So I will detail the car and get some more pics up of my before and then after.

 

i have spotty cf on mine so i know what you mean. whats in the motor now? thats what im doing myself actually a full motor build or rather been doing. Also what are your plans for the upgrade exactly?

i think the 8 bumper with the nose shaved is the best looking bumper made for the evo period!!! Any body kit etc etc is ugly as **** and makes an evo look like a ricer.... just my $.02

 

The evo 8 bumper with the nose cut and emblem added or not added is cool. I have always said that was a neat look since the first time i saw it. I personally dont like the reg evo 8 bumper. The 9 is cool in its own way. there are lots of body kit( fronts as you say) that look hella better but again thats stepping in the deptment of taste buds. Just like how alot of folks like spoilers and some dont. Think its more mature . i hope you people that scream ricer so loud realize if your DRIVING any import its rice whether you keep body lines stock or not its not american made then its rice that includes ALL evos. People seem to overlook that fact waaay to much
