did you mean 30K, in this market unfortunately Blue evo especially 20k and under will be very high mileage, have issues or a rust bucket.

WTB: 2003-2006 blue evo. Either bby or Eb. Doesn't matter. Must be in great running shape. No rust. No it just needs a tune. I will travel in the right car. I'm looking to buy asap. I have money and ready to buy.
