that was a vinyl piece I cut myself.
This is my most recent design. I picked up another bumper in which I cut out the shape of the "diffuser" out of the whole bumper and wrapped it with vinyl. I placed it against the bumper and this is how it came out. I also made my valences the same way. I cut out the pieces from the bumper and simply inverted them and vinyl wrapped them... looks good IMO...
