Did you relocate your ACD to the rear ?
Did you say you have had this since 05 and only 22k miles, how did you do that, my car was down for 2 months and i was itching to go out driving.

 

Yes to both.

Its been hard at times, it wasn't intentional really. But in all that time I've also had 2 motorcycles and 3 classic Chevy Pickup trucks. Besides a few different daily drivers. So I've had other stuff to play with/wrench on and never really needed the car to get to work etc. I've only really had a renewed interest in the evo the past 3 or 4 years. And have been slowly working up towards getting where it is today which is basically just a track car. Its been gutted and has no AC/HVAC/Radio/SRS/Sound Deadening etc. Its just something to drive on the street once and while for fun or to test something out.

 

Now that the pollen has calmed down I decided it was a good time to detail the car.

 

Finally found some time to install the carbon fiber goodies.

Took my Evo on a stroll around SF

 

The front lip is actually from an Nine; had to cut and fit for the Eight. Old trim pieces were all repainted and cleared. (Novelty Plate from a vendor at Fuel Fest). Happy with the Clay, cut, and polishing... and finished with ceramic coating (times two).
