They do that to help prevent turbulance in the wheel well. Instead of having the fender tucked back into the body, they space it out to the side skirt to help guide the air through the chassis. Voltex has also just completed their new carbon full body undertray for the Cyber Evo.

I am willing to bet that the full carbon under tray does more than any other aero part and works extrmely well... and is probably astronomically expensive!

The mid-section undertray is proven to make a huge different in performance on the Evo. As for the price... Well all I can say is you get what you paid for

I must admit, out of all the wide front fenders out there, voltex makes the cleanest ones.

im curious about these voltex widebody fenders with flares. ive looked up different vendors who sell the voltex widebody kit but they dont seem to be the same as the ones pictured here. can yall please help me out.
