wow thats freaking stupid a car thats bought on plastic thats why it took me so long i own all my parts nothing is on plastic. I tell everybody that ask me never use CC to finace a build or buy parts if you dont have the money more reason to save up or work overtime. V mount is ugly looks good from behind but from sides and angles man its nasty.

Yeah my car was funded by me Yeah I'm not sure on the v mount trying to get other peoples opinion on it I'm lost on what to do with the wing I took the wing off to see how it would look wingless. Well with all that aero stuff up front it made it look like the damn car was gonna fall on it's nose end just sitting there. Plus in turns at 120+ my a$$ end is real light so more downforce is needed.

Yeah that was the reason why I went with standard. I like V-Mount a lot but I think I'd get sick of it. It looks good in certain angles and no so good in others. It depends on where you look at it I guess?

Well, the way his car looks this year he either had to be really rich or sponsored by CC's haha.

Yeah he still lives at home with his mom. He tells me all the time "hp doesn't count at shows" well he also is a clean freak about his car. If he drives it in the rain. He takes it home puts it up on jackstands and takes the wheels off and spends 2hours cleaning the undercarriage of his car. I could understand cleaning the car and drying it and getting all the crap out of your engine bay. But not the underside of your car for two hours. He has a gutted interior and he puts cardboard floor matt protectors down so he won't get his floor dirty. He Trys not slide accross his roll cage and leave marks on it.

Me I built it to drive it not look at it. I already have rock chips in my paint couple cracks in the lip scratches all over my cage from getting in and out. It's only pretty once the it should be used for it's intention. I dunno it's late and I'm rambling on......

its the angles of your pics rdwangs makes it look gangster but gives us a false impression. Lets get a rear shot directly behind it and a straight side shot of it please. that spoiler (Vmount) looks good at certain angles for sure.

Looks good but like he said I would like to see some diffrent angles too. As far as being a non wide body. By next year I might be funding my own line of dry carbon body parts like a full one off dry carbon wide body and put it into production. Not sure we will see how business goes over the next year.

I've had the problem of a V mount wing shaking alot at high speeds on a Varis Carbon fiber boot... Didnt see that problem with my friends straight mount on a varis boot though.

I don't have any direct side shots or rear, I would take some but I am now wingless.

How much speed? My wing shakes a little at high speeds and I have a standard mount. It could be that I'm on a CF trunk though

your on that weak robospec trunk right? so i mean you should not really mount a wing to that as we talked about 30 pages ago LOL put the seibon back on an it will be sturdy.

my wing doesnt shake at all at high speeds. I always have some thought of the wing ripping off and flying in my rearview haha. i think it would suck and be funny at the same time but i would hate for someone to be behind me when/if it happens.

Im going to fabricate a bracket to support the underside of the trunk for the wing.
