don't buy the Greddy RS bov, it's piece of garbage. do a search on the forum, you will see so many people are trying to get rid of it. The diaphram goes bad easily.

Good luck on your "USED" greddy type s, I don't know why you can't go with the metal dv. I had RS and it was a nightmare. If you really want to go with aftermarket bov, APS twin vent is the way to go.

And since you have a evo ix headlight, get pair of ix tails to match it.

sorry for the delay. some stuff came up but here is the final look of it.



the sealant i used to fil some extra holes didnt sand down (tried for an hour) and so i got tired and jsut finished the paint. Trust me it looks a lot better in person. Oh and if you're wondering about whether the shifter will hit the Ipod in 5th or 1st...it WONT. There is a lot of clearance so you can change songs or whatever you do with yur ipod.

 

Oh and the bay pretty much fits the Ipod classic (newer gen) size and it will fit nanos. Not sure about itouches or iphones.

 

Wow... in no way am I trying to put you down bro, just some helpful advice.

1. Paint that white thing in the middle of your hood. Looks like ***.

2. That bov is going to cause drivability issues on a stock MAF, waist of money.

3. You ruined your center console with that home made ipod dock, which also looks like ***.

I would probably sell everything you just bought, & buy a few more reliable & proven parts, like a metal 9 diverter, hallman mbc, DEFI boost gauge.

Crackerjacktoy a lil harsh don't you think??.. Jus sayin not tryin to step on ur toes. He bought the hallman and why spend 400 bucks on a defi when u can buy a cheaper gauge that reads just as accurate as the defi piece..his stuff may not float everyones boat..I do like the ipod idea tho

 

I like the idea for sure, the ipod dock is a very nice creative idea... it just isnt smooth & well defined like it should. Maybe some sandpaper & some more work, it will turn out perfect.

From personal experience, the Hallman mbc has been the best mbc I have ever used. It never changed in any weather either.
