i made a custom one also. pics later. i used pvc, cost 7$ or so dollars at homedepot to make.

I can even stick that on my sunroof glass and bent it to face the front.

I think that would be for Better footage. I don't know, I just thing it's that i like to see everything just as the Driver would be seeing, so it's not that i don't like the mounting, It's just that i don't like the Point Of View.

But GOod Stuff None-The-Less.

I found a screw that will work with the tripod mount hole in the video camera, and i gave the 2 screws to my friend who will weld it up all nice. Hopefully he'll get it back to me tomorrow.
