spent $7.88 on the tails and still have plenty left.

 

hey i just did one side with 4 coats looks a lot darker, more of a stealth look.

I really don't see why people would spend so much money just for amber turn signals, ESPECIALLY if they had IX tails to begin with.

i just did mine too last night. i used pactra racing finish paint candy red. sorry bad picture. i used my camera phone.



picked it up at a local hobby store. this paint is used for painting model cars. works awesome.



also smoked my side-markers on my front and rear

 

next i'll do my side markers amber

 

Well i tried with the stained glass spray paint.

Bad news- Put it on way to thick came out rough as hell! Looked like junk even after the wet sanding. (note for next time, only a couple light thin coats. And "MUST" wetsand prior to paint or else the paint doesnt hold good.

Good news- Paint thinner takes it right off like it was never there. So feel free to experiment!
