The dealers are playing with the Demand/Offer basics and looking for the people that have the $$$ to pay for an overpriced car. Evo X or GT-R!
Just wait a few months or next year... you will see a lot of threads about..... my car pays 900.00 and yours (like mine without downpayment) pays only 569.00. How come? Did I got screwed? "The 2009 X has better rims, better turbo and have Bilsteins for the same price".
Also, be aware that the RalliArt may be around the corner.... Turbo!
I remember that a salesman was offering in Dec 2005 the Evo IX MR in 43K... with a dealer discount. I bought it new for 37K in Feb 06! BTW... car tax in Puerto Rico is insane!

I hope the Evo sales numbers plummet because of that horrendous markup...and that fact that the car is ungly as sin. I'd have to agree with a previous post, the IX was the last true Evo.
ahhh i'll stick with my 8 the 10 is too bulky looking. and that price i feel like its 05 again when i bought mine they were telling me the 8 MRs were selling for about the 40s sad thing about it is someone will end up buying it for that price. at least those without the untrained EVO eye
