Its the same with every new car, after 6 months or so it will go away. Im sure the look of the 10 will grow on alot of people as well. Have any of you driven one? A guy local went to test drive one and walked away owning one, he has a silver 05 for sale if anyone is interested. He said the 10 did everything his car did but better in every way. People are impulsive and want to be the "first" to have one, so some idiot will buy it at the 5k mark up. IMO they are ok, but Ill keep my 8.

7500 dollar increase in price is crazy. The dealer here in Fayetteville, NC is marking up 4 grand and i thought that was a lot.

Besides, the thing is slower, looks like a catfish, and they should give you a "Lack of performance parts" discount IMO.

 

The sad thing is someone may actually pay that mark up just to have the newest thing out....crazy.

Plus it has Bigger brakes than a 335i and way better suspension. BMW practically made it a M1 but doesn't wanna go all out on it because they already have 4 M cars in production. And they can't Grace it with the M logo because M have usually been NA.

Well maybe it won't out handle an M3 but from 3rd party reviews the car isn't to be taken lightly. Plus with the BMW, all four windows go up and down automaticly. Even with the key fob from outside the vehicle.
