So what's the status on those Evolution VIII badges?
Not happy at all!!! I was not notified until LESS then 24 hours before the cut off for the badge....my e-mail you swear you sent me was 2 days later from when you said you sent it...and when I called 2 TIMES on the 12th no one answered the phone. I called 3 TIME from 9 am central till 12 noon central time and STILL no answer but I did leave a message!!!! I did NOT get a call back. So I called AGAIN and finally someone picked up and I was then told they sold all of the ones they had. If I was on the list for a badge and one was reserved for me....you should NOT have sold it out from under me!!! Very bad experience with Z-1....definately NOT happy.
From the looks of the previous posts....there seems to be a MAJOR problem with communication with Z-1. People not getting e-mail responded to and not being put on this so called waiting list. So how many others have had a problem with Z-1? Just wondering if it's just me or what???

I've talked to him several times over the past few weeks and he has always been up-front and helpful. just my .02.

I talked to Adam the other day and he told me he can have over 100 emails a day. I've called him three times in the past week and he has answered the phone at least on the 2nd to 3rd ring everytime. I am very happy with Adam and Z-1 so he will be getting more calls from me.
We actually had about a hour long conversation the other day. He is a very cool guy and god to talk to. He had to put me on hold several times to answer other calls, but always clicked back within a minutes time. He's a busy guy. He may have just over looked your email or maybe someone else did.

Dragon - I am really very sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication on our part - it was not intentional at all (we'ld love to sell you a badge!). Part of the problem in this situation is its very hard to keep track of screen names here, on IM and email addresses, and then trying to figure out whose "real" name corresponds to all their alias'. People email us, and don't include their real name or screen name, or PM us, and again, don't leave their real name or screen name, and admittedly, it gets hard to track.
Dragon - please email me your name, address and phone number - when the next round of badges arrive, I will personally contact you to get your order sorted.

Each badge was and will continue to be shipped via USPS 1st class mail, and is fuly insured for $89.00. To those whose badges were to be sent yesterday, we were unable to do so due to the power outtage, although they will be going out this afternoon.
