Looks good. I did the same but in brushed alum look, the only problem is that the clear on it will have a glare and gets annoying to me. But def looks better than stock.

Thats about what mine looks like but it's flat-black with a clearcoat. So there is a little wet-look but no blinding gloss in the sun. Theres finished pics in the how-to in my sig. I still havent installed them in the car yet though.

Hmm. Mabye if I try sanding with some 1500-2000 grit after painting but before the clear. Then spray the clear and sand it with some 2000. Im doing the Orbital kit this morning (it looks crappy from day 1). Parts are hanging up waiting to be primed, Im going to try that and if I am still jealous of DRAGHICI's then I'll head over to the local body shop

Here is my handy-paintwork for the day. All pics are after paint but before sanding and clearcoat and finishing...

Pic looks funny, but it is lined up perfectly. The red is a perfect match of the red in the MR badge.

This SOB just (2 minutes ago) fell off the wall, and now I have to redo it!! nooooo!

And here is what got this all started, now void of scratches.

The blotches and swirls will go away when the paint cures and I can use some composite on it.
