2x2 for me. My interior has some of each, but only because they all aren't available in 2x2.

1x1 for me. When I ordered the lip that goes with the stock wing from Rexpeed I made sure I got the 1x1 to match the wing. I sent a pic to my friend and he thought it was fake at first because he's always seen 2x2.

 

The Ralliart or Kansai CF hood looks sick in 1x1. From 10 feet away they almost look grey the weave is so fine.
