OK, I'm a little slow here. I just can't tell the difference between the two. I've seen people post pictures where they say they got the two switched out, but I can't figure out how the 7 looks better... they look exactly the same!

Does anyone have two clear pictures they can show side-by-side to clear up my confusion?

 

Evo VII:



Evo VIII:



Notice how the VII's wing has sort of a "feet" type pointing inwards at the bottom of the spoiler, while the VIII's has none. Also no CF for the VII. IMO the VIII's wing is better.

evo 8 is carbon fiber and more stable, evo 7 is fiberglass and less stable and if you look at the base of the arms you can see the evo8 is more squarish

 

the evo 7 wing is adjustable...

 

I've seen ralliart cf evo7 wings on ebay ... calvin also sold cf evo7
wings.

Evo8 wing slants inwards a little .. whereas the evo7 spoiler slants outwards.

 

Nice jdm lights lancervolution...I hella like the evo 7 lights way better then the euro s*** lights that come stock wit the evo8
