New Evo Spoiler

I just picked up this wing New Evo Spoiler-de5f_1.jpg As you can tell it needed some work. The first thing i did was take a razor blade and scrape away all of the white spots and loose clear coat.
Next i wet sanded the whole top side with 800 grit sand paper. It didnt take any clear coat off but rather smoothes it all out. The whole wet sanding took about 3 hours total time. I worked bit by bit.
THe next thing i did was clean the top of the spoiler off and got it ready for painting. I went to auto zone and picked up a spray called Dulpi Color High PErformance Wheel Coating. It sprays clear and dries clear. It only cost $5.xx too. I put about 8 layers down and waited 30 min in between. This is what my new spoiler looks like. Thanks

Have you wet sanded the clear coat in the final pictures? It didn't look like it was, or do you plan on doing it?

It looks like things turned out pretty well though.

It looks a lot better in person then it does in the pics. It looks like factory carbon fiber again.
