The g2 is brush paint. It makes a NICE solid coat (3 coats) BUT it looks like complete anus hole. thats why I painted over top of it with glossblack ENGINE enamel then clear coated, put on the stencils the clearcoated again (2 clear coat layers per cycle)
Turned out pretty good. From all the pics I've seen of peoples painted calipers I've never seen the backside of a caliper. Are you able to get paint back there pretty well or are there a bunch of calipers that are painted with red still on the back?
I've thought about doing black calipers with black wheels on my TB, but I think I like this look better. Granted, the Evo is far from a CGT but dang that's sexy!
