installed my UICP today

installed my UICP today

just installed my Injen UICP and intake today and took a couple pics..

the only problem i had with fitment was the lower half where it connects to the fmic..it just didnt want to line up, i really had to force it on there

as for a noticable difference, it seemed to spool slightly faster, and the JDM IX DV is louder

i have a reflash from TTP-Engineering waiting to be flashed, just waiting on my gf's laptop to become available (the laptop i usually use to log/flash my ecu has a broken wireless card)

sweet, looks like the engine bay could use a good cleaning, do you have any problems with the MBC right there by the manifold? seems like the vacuum line could melt there.

yea vermont sucks...im hoping to move south in the future


as for the engine bay, yes im planning on cleaning it this week so i can show it off at my local car clubs next meet

UICP don't make any more power especially if they don't have a straighter path to the intake mani such with a small battery kit or relocation. It's just a cosmetic part.

yea the only real difference ive noticed now that ive driven it around since the install a little more is the DV is louder...LICP is next on the list though
