work varianza t-1s 18"x10" black edition

After receiving these wheels from an idiot member on evom who shipped the wheels face to face with minimal packing, I decided to do this because the wheel lips were damaged.

after a 6 week process which included powdercoating the lip gloss black and keeping the original semi gloss black spokes...it didn't come out right. then keeping the gloss black lip and making the spokes flat black...it didn't come out right. Then had the wheels stripped to bare metal, and sand blasted to start over.

Here is the final result that looks the best IMHO, and many others.

My thanks to mehraze at team D/dynamic design motorsports for the handling the whole process and making sure it came out the way it did!

I hope you like!

That looks really good. I kinda like that better then if the lip was polished. Hate it when a 10 min job turns into hours or even weeks + money but in this case I think it turned out great.

Just for reference here is the factory look...a little played out I think.

+1 on the polished lip being played out. 100% dig how they look now.

Yeah. Much better now then before i think. Im sick of my polished lip as well. Maybe I should do the same.

Love the exterior choices on the car.

Wow sorry to hear what you went thru to get the look you have now!!

It definately looks 100x better now though. Polished lips belong on VIP cars

I think even color matching the lips to the car is HOT

Wheels and color work great on the Apex silver. I want to do an all black wheel set-up on my Apex silver IX as well.

Looks really good, I like it. Maybe if it was a black chrome/diamond black like the SE wheels for the lip and then gloss black on the spokes, but however you like it.

I'm totally digging the ING+1 sides and rear.

Looks way better than the polished lip, which only works on 240's or VIP cars that are mexiflush with a ganstUr ride height.

It's like wearing dress shoes to go running.

What offset and tire size?
