which one is worth more resale value and which one do u prefer if you could chose all over again?

 

I voted SE cause its more rare and looks better IMO.

 

i couldent live with out the sunroof in my evo so i vote ssl
sunroof is a must for me

 

if i could get the sun and sound with the SE package deal than i would have been sold...but SSL for me....gotta have some luxuries....lol

 

Dont know about SE, but I do like my 05 VIII SSL EB, my first EVO. Traded my 04 STI for it and not dissapointed so far!

 

I think the SE interior looks better but I would kill for a sunroof.

 

couldnt live without my sunroof, but i do like the look of the SE seats more than my ssl leather.

resale value is another question... i dont think leather and a sunroof really add value to a car like this. SE is more rare than the SSL too

 

Stuff like KBB will put the SSL above the SE (hypothetically speaking, since most of them don't account for the SE trim level in determining value) considering the price difference, though I think the market value evens it out or even puts the SE above the SSL.

All that aside, I still like the SE interior better, though it's odd that the SE interior specifically was mentioned since it's just the standard interior with red stitching. But I've never been a fan of the leather used in the SSL, plus the leather accents on the doors are too puffy and not very classy looking either.

 

I much prefer the SE interior, mostly, because I don't like full leather seats. I find them slippery, cold in the Winter and hot in the Summer. If I had to do it all over, I still wouldn't buy the leather.

 

I wish I had SSL!

 

I never understand the big deal with the SE interior, Its a GSR Seat with slightly different stitching. I think the SSL is more desirable because of the leather and sunroof

 

^ But no one made a big deal about the SE interior, they just said they prefer it over the SSL.

 

i had an 05 ssl loved it to death,i now have an 06 se i hate it with a passion.the leather is a 100 times better.

 

Just referring in general to people that think an SE interior is really any different to a GSR interior, Kind of off topic
