License Plate Mod Part II

As some of you know I tried in part I https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=336936 to install my plate underneath my front lip, it really didnt work.

So now I tried the ghetto zip style.

dont worry, the plastic grill is steel reinforced, also I used duct tape to protect my paint.

Your paint is gonna hate you for the duct tape. Just buy a front license plate bracket.

i used duct tape when i first covered the holes from the spoiler, it cleaned off with some wd-40.

also to install a bracket, i would need to drill holes in my carbon fiber bumper covers, i dont think so

Hey it works. But atleast don't expose the duct tape. I think your paint will be okay, but I don't really no Duct tape is a pretty strong adhesive

That is not a mod.....that is a HACK JOB!.....It looks like **** and I am embarrassed as a fellow evo owner!

With the the money that you have spend on the car and the carbon fiber I would think you could "get-off" a few more bucks to get the factory plate holder.
