I am waiting for my sales guy to call me back. He did ask me what car it was on and never mentinoed that they might not fit.

I plan to go with the 17x9 like Trbo_Dad did since I know that they fit.

 

How much are they charging per wheel? I looked on the website and could not find this wheel on there....

$209 per wheel. It isn't listed on their website. you have to call to order it.

I am going to put my 245/45/17s on the 17x9. I will then put the race tires on the stock rims. That way I can go bigger race tires eventually since I am not running AS anyway.

 

They don't have +30mm offset? 35mm will push the wheel too far in.

 

What is the price difference between the 17x8 and 17x9? Also what is the weight difference?

 

The price difference is $3/wheel for the 17x9s.
I weighed the 17x8 and they weigh about 16.5lbs. Not the lightest, but they are ok. I will weigh the new ones when they get here to get the difference. Trbo_Dad said he thinks the 17x9s weigh about 18-19lbs.

I just talked to Zach at Discount Tire and he was very cool about it. He ordered the same wheel in 17x9 +35mm. They will probably take about 2 weeks to get, but I will post the pics as soon as I get them. Thanks again Discount Tire. I highly recommend Zach if you need to order wheels from them. Guys.. Any idea if the 18 will fit.. I like the rims a lot espacilly with the price tag on them.. they are really great value..

 

I just got the 17x9s. I test fit them and they fit great.
I am waiting on 2 new tires to get here today to mount them. They will be mounted by tomorrow at the latest. I weighed them at it looks like they weigh 18lbs.

 

They easily clear the brakes.

have to say i'm not a fan. looks to much like "some jerk stole my hubcaps". if it had a polished lip, it might be ok.

 

I agree 100%. I'm just not a fan of any black wheels.
