I will play along. Last things to powder coat are VC, WG, BOV and new Aluminum coated radiator brackets. Gonna coat them blue like the rest of the blue things. Black and blue bay on the Mad Cow. Tubular Exhaust Manifold would be high the list as well to help the GT35 out.

^ How is your battery set-up? Is that a junction of some sort? I plan on moving my battery to the trunk with my sub but will have a junction in the engine bay to connect some things.

Evo 3 Engine bay

This is my old Evo 3 in New Zealand.
Hand sanded bay, every spot weld was filled, unused holes filled. Took me 6 days to block it all back.
Engine has shaved rocker cover - including Oil Cap! Filled it via the AN fitting on the back.
Rocker cover was painted in the same red as the annodised fittings.
