did you 3M tape on yours? mine has tape and these little tabs. i am not sure what the tabs are for since my car has no room for them.

^^ Mine were a factory option when I bought the 09 Lancer... they came installed already. Came as part of the "accessory package" with the alloy feul door, trunk mat, and wheel locks

 

i have those in mine. my autobody guy installed em for me when someone crushed my side in.

no, i want to see a pic on an evo 8 or 9. there are these little tabs i am trying to figure out where they belong.
