yea i got the uicp in black and i was looking at their websit and saw the core in black as an option so i decided i want to get it. im going to order the black licp monday and hopefully the core soon but im not sure how soon

How does the black affect the heat dissipation of the IC. I know black absorbs heat so when the car is started in mid afternoon, that IC is going to be hotter than the average one. I am sure at night there will be no difference. But how about on a track day, has anyone ever logged their AIT's before changing their IC's to black? I have a yellow evo, and am considering the same.
