I am def doing this to mine. Forget 2k+ wheels, the stock BBS and Enkei's are good enough until you really start making a big scene, then get wheels...

The whole wheel. You can't really do just the face. Plus it would look retarded with a gray inside behind the face.

Easy solution that I did: Take the wheel off and use a dremel or a sander to wet sand the parts of the rotor that don't get touched by the brake pads. Then mask off the caliper with painters tape and newspaper don't worry about covering the part of the caliper that the brake pads hit when you apply the pedal. Being careful to hit mostly the part that doesn't get applied by the brake pad, apply a light coat of primer paint and let dry 15 minutes. Then lightly put on about 3 coats of black focusing on the exposed rotor area, once again allowing the paint to dry about 15 minutes. Once that is dry, do the same thing with about two or three coats of clear and then allow it all to dry overnight. Put the wheels back on the next day and then go for a quick drive.

When you apply the brakes, the unexposed pads will wear off any overspray, leaving you with a perfectly setup line of the exposed part of the rotor all black.

Wala- no more white/rust looking rotors. Now your wheels, calipers and rotors all look good.
