I had one, it did have the c-west badge, but the fitment was horrible even after shifting and moving the hinges to align it. I sold it for the chargespeed cf hood and it is the best hood ever, and alignment is perfect.

I don't know why you are doubting your hood, but that is a real Cwest hood. It matches right down to the weave, the center vent not fitting perfectly, and the skeleton matches. I have seen a few like that.
Your's just has some sun fade, no big deal. As I see, the hood detailed out quite nicely.
